Controller

If you sign up for the newsletter, we process your email address only to send you festival news, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. Sending is handled by Sender (UAB “Sender Lithuania”, Lithuania, EU), acting on our behalf. The home page loads a Sender script that powers the sign-up form — it may process basic technical data (such as your IP address) and set technical cookies.

Tickets

Ticket sales are run by an external ticketing platform. Data you provide when buying is processed by that platform under its own privacy policy.

Video and external media

The home page shows a video hosted by Wistia. When it plays, Wistia may process basic technical data (such as your IP address).

Cookies

This site itself uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own server. If you switch language with the PL/EN switch, we remember that choice in your browser storage (localStorage) — it is never sent to us or anyone else, and you can remove it by clearing the site data. The exceptions are the external services described above: the Wistia video and the Sender newsletter form.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with Umami (umami.is), which uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not let us or anyone else identify you as a person. We only see aggregate data: number of visits, pages viewed, the site you came from (e.g. Instagram), country, device type and clicks on selected buttons (e.g. “Tickets”). The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in understanding how the site is used.
