§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
The organizer of the festival under the name “SFORA Festival 2026” (hereinafter referred to as the Festival) is Stowarzyszenie Sfora, NIP: 5423507223, REGON: 00001203341,
address: ul. Adama Mickiewicza 17/23, 15-214 Białystok, Poland,
hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
These Regulations define the terms of participation and the rules of conduct for persons staying on the festival grounds, including:
a) admission to the festival area,
b) rights and obligations of participants,
c) prohibitions applicable on the festival grounds,
d) principles of liability of participants and the Organizer.
The festival area includes the premises of the Energetyk and Knieja resorts.
These Regulations apply to all persons present on the festival grounds.
§2 PURPOSE OF THE REGULATIONS
To ensure the safety of participants and the proper course of the Festival.
To regulate the rules for using the festival area and infrastructure, and to ensure compliance with applicable laws, including the Civil Code.
To promote SFORA values: tolerance, acceptance, conscious celebration, and collective responsibility.
§3 TICKET SALES AND ADMISSION
Tickets and passes are available at: https://www.sfora.art
Admission to the Festival requires a valid original ticket or pass exchanged for an identification wristband.
The wristband is personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable; it may not be replaced if damaged.
The Organizer does not issue duplicates of lost or destroyed wristbands.
Security services may refuse entry or order a person to leave the festival grounds if the person:
a) does not have a wristband,
b) poses a threat to public order or safety,
c) is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances,
d) refuses to undergo inspection (ID check, baggage or clothing search).
It is prohibited to bring the following onto the festival grounds:
a) weapons and other dangerous objects,
b) narcotic and psychotropic substances,
c) pyrotechnics, firecrackers, and fireworks,
d) professional audio or video recording equipment (amateur cameras with non-interchangeable lenses are permitted), except for persons authorized by the Organizer,
e) footwear with metal inserts,
f) racist, xenophobic, or propaganda materials.
§4 ORGANIZATIONAL AND ORDER RULES
4.1 The Organizer provides:
a) operation of Security and Information Services,
b) access to medical assistance and sanitary facilities.
4.2 Participants are obliged to comply with instructions issued by Security Services, medical staff, and protection personnel.
4.3 Destruction of property, infrastructure, or signage on the festival grounds is prohibited.
4.4 The Organizer has the right to record the Festival (photo, video, audio) and to use such materials for promotional, documentation, and evidentiary purposes.
4.5 Monitoring is conducted in accordance with applicable law and may be used solely for safety and public order purposes.
4.6 Persons posing a direct threat to life, health, or property may be detained by Security Services and handed over to the Police.
4.7 The Organizer is not liable for consequences of force majeure (e.g. weather conditions, infrastructure failures, actions of public authorities).
4.8 Awareness support mechanisms:
a) Awareness Point (veranda of the Wooden House), marked with purple lights,
b) Awareness Team – persons experienced in psychosocial party-working support, ready to assist in situations involving boundary violations,
c) Reports are accepted in person at the Awareness Point; each report is treated confidentially and discussed in cooperation with the affected person.
§5 RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS
5.1 Participants have the right to:
a) participate in events in accordance with the ticket or pass held,
b) use medical, sanitary facilities, and festival stages,
c) submit comments and feedback regarding the Festival via social media and email.
5.2 Participants are obliged to:
a) wear the identification wristband and present it upon request by Security Services,
b) respect the physical, emotional, and psychological boundaries of others,
c) maintain cleanliness of the festival area (waste segregation, use of reusable dishes),
d) comply with instructions from Security Services, medical staff, and protection personnel,
e) bear financial responsibility for damage caused on the festival grounds,
f) refrain from smoking inside buildings and on balconies.
§6 PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Organizer is the controller of participants’ personal data, pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
Data will be processed for the purpose of organizing and servicing the Festival and for contacting participants.
Participants have the right to access, rectify, delete their data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Participants’ images recorded through monitoring or festival documentation may be used exclusively for safety, documentation, and promotional purposes.
§7 COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the end of the Festival to:
info@sfora.art
The Organizer will review complaints within 21 days of receipt.
§8 FINAL PROVISIONS
All rights to the name and logo “SFORA Festival” are reserved by the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to:
change the artistic program and schedule without prior notice,
cancel the Festival for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control without obligation to provide compensation other than a refund of the ticket or pass value,
pursue claims for damages caused by a participant,
invalidate a wristband or invitation in the event of a breach of these Regulations.
The Organizer is not liable for consequences of force majeure.
These Regulations are available:
a) on the Festival website,
b) at the Organizer’s office.

Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by applicable Polish law.
These Regulations enter into force on 19 January 2026 and remain valid until the end of the Festival, no later than 23 June 2026.
